Return & Cancellations
Absolutely. Bani Antiques insures each purchase during transit until it is delivered to you. To ensure you receive your products safely, we require a signature upon delivery. At that point, responsibility for the pieces transfers to you. If the order is delivered to someone other than yourself, the recipient’s signature at the specified delivery address will constitute proof of delivery, and responsibility for the product will transfer at that time.
We are a small business and ship all goods from Canada. There are no duties or taxes on shipments within Canada. While we cover the cost of shipping, any additional customs duties, foreign taxes, or other fees that may be imposed will be the responsibility of the customer.
We are confident that you will love and want to keep our products. Nevertheless, if it doesn’t work out, you have 7 days to email us at Returns@baniantiques.com, and we will sort it out for you. Please note that a 25% restocking fee will be applied to all returns. Shipping costs are non-refundable, and you will be responsible for the return postage.
Unless the product is damaged or defective, we are unable to offer exchanges. If you would like to order a different size or a new product, it will be processed as a return. Please email us at Returns@baniantiques.com and we will be happy to arrange it for you.
