Our online store now offers free 3–5 day shipping to Canada and U.S. addresses only, no matter what you order. All orders are shipped within 24 hours of purchase and may take up to 5 business days for delivery.

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email. We ship via Canada Post, Purolator, UPS, and FedEx, and whenever possible, we will provide you with a tracking number from the carrier.
Shipments depart Monday through Friday by 12:00 PM (PST). Orders placed after 12:00 PM will be shipped the following business day.

We do not track packages nor do we have access to any additional information regarding a parcel’s location other than the shipper’s tracking number which you are provided when a parcel ships. If you are shipping internationally or opt for expedited shipping, the rate charged is based on the weight of your products and your location.
